Hi! I’m Lindsey, and I am so glad that you’re here.
Like many people, I didn’t come to this work from a place of perfect health. I came to it because I needed it.
After years of navigating chronic stress, burnout, and autoimmune challenges, I reached a point where I realized no one was going to take ownership of my health for me. So I did.
What started as a personal turning point became a complete shift in how I understand health. I immersed myself in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and more holistic approaches to healing, eventually formalizing that path through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Since then, I’ve worked across corporate, education, and healthcare spaces, seeing firsthand where the system falls short in supporting long-term wellness.
Today, through The WellFully Defined, I work one-on-one with individuals who are ready to take a more intentional, sustainable approach to their health, without extremes, overwhelm, or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Through that process, I found that real healing isn’t about doing more. It’s about focusing on what actually matters. Food, stress, environment, and daily habits all play a direct role in how we feel, and when those foundations are supported, the body has an incredible ability to heal.
By taking this approach, I’ve been able to improve my gut health, stabilize my hormones, and build a more grounded, sustainable relationship with my body. I have more energy, a clearer mind, and a much deeper appreciation for the everyday moments that used to feel out of reach.
I believe wellness does take intention, but it shouldn’t feel overwhelming. When approached the right way, it becomes the foundation for a life that feels full, balanced, and genuinely enjoyable.
Outside of my work, I live in upstate New York with my husband, Jason, my stepdaughter, Ava, and our four dogs, Hank, Waylon, Remington, and Luna. I’m a huge foodie, I love a cozy night with tea, candles, and plants, and I’m happiest when I’m either outside, cooking something new, or spending time with the people I love. There’s always music playing somewhere in the house, and I fully believe laughter is one of the best forms of medicine.
This space I’ve created here is for you, as much as it is for me.
I am so happy you found me in my little corner of the internet, and I am so very grateful to have the opportunity to help you define what it looks like for you to live fully, and be well.
Love,
Lindsey, The WellFully Defined
